On tap at Pearl Street Grill and Brewery in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a mostly clear light straw yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells oddly soapy, with heavy grassy hop flavor on the nose as well.
There's absolutely no malt character developed here, and there's too much bitterness for the style- it's just way too hoppy. There's also some soapy off flavors- I just can't get behind any aspect of this beer.
This one feels a bit thin, with a heavy lingering bitterness on the finish.
This is not a well done pilsner. There are too many flaws.
