A staff favorite- this is a classic Belgian style Wit beer is brewed with orange zest, coriander, and a pinch of ginger for a smooth, slightly spicy wheat beer. A special yeast and unmalted wheat round out the flavors of this beer to keep it highly drinkable.

Had at the brewpub. Very pale yellow body with some white head and is then lacey. A bit of funk in aroma rather than yeast. Somewhat aggressive carbonation, below average mouthfeel. Tangy spicey wit taste. Not a bad one, but unexceptional nevertheless.

presented with a light amber cloudy pint with a thick white head that clung pretty well the the glass
smell was mostly wheat with a hint of citrus popping in
taste was very much wheat a hint of citrus again but with a champagne like finish
mouthfeel was thin medium very dry finish
very nice beer about one step up from a blue moon
