I stopped at Buhrmaster Baking Co. for a sandwich and a brew while traveling in the area.
Atmosphere is kind of strange. It is a beer store and a bakery in the front, with a bar in the back, and some restaurant tables in between. The place is located on a quaint boardwalk along the railroad tracks. It has a railroad platform theme
Quality was OK, better than average. Regional micros mostly.
Service: Was good, but the place was winding down for the day.
There were tons of bottles in the front of the store. Bombers, six-packs a huge selection A dozen or so taps in the bar.
Food was poor I'm afraid. I had the hottest sandwich ever. t was supposed to be southwest-style turkey, but it was stuffed with green chilies. The menu was kind of limited too.
Value is questionable. $9.25 for the fire sandwich and nothing else. The beer prices were pretty average for the type of location, about $4 a pint.
