Pours a hazy orange color with an off-white head. Head falls to a very small one. Very thinnest of lace.

Aroma is really faint. Has that Triple smell, spices and yeast, the Belgian kind. Malts are there but no noticeable hops.

Taste is real nice. Tastes like a triple should. Sweet malts with a nice spiciness and great taste of Belgian yeast.

Medium bodied to full and it coats the mouth. Slight bite with moderate carbonation.

Great stuff. Nice Belgian Triple made by the French.

Got this bottle a few days ago from pixieskid who lives in France at the moment. Merci bien Brandon!

Poured in my Struise glass the beer looks very good. A broken white bubble head and a dark yellow fluid with nice carbonation.

The first sip is good. Never knew the French could brew beer!!

A very nice and drinkable beer. A bit of spice and some breadtaste.

Enjoyed it very much.

Beer bottle (33 cl.), tasted in 2009.

Apperance : orange color (veiled), with huge white foamy head.
Smell : ester aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : the persistence is long and powerful, good alcohol presence.
Drinkability : an average beer in the style Triple.

A real belgian TRIPLE made in the south of France, is it possible?
Yes indeed it is, as it's made by a belgian brewer... I don't think any other french beer has ever been like that one. Esters and great hops are mixed on that beer. The alcool is not a surprise when you drink it, but the alcool is not too much present on the mouth... It's even possible to drink more that one in the row. The color is dark blonde, the head is nice and persistant, the smell is amazing, the taste as i said is simply great, and the mouthfeel is impressive.
