375ml bottle served in a mug glass.
Nice bottle art. Corked bottle with a nice label: A pumpkin Jack head wearing bat wings. Looks like a Halloween card made by a kid :). Specially brewed to a brazilian beer club called "Have a Nice Beer".
A: Pours a dark orange to amber color. Cloudy. Forms a big and bubbled light beige head. Good retention and some lingering lacings left in the glass
S: Strong notes of caramel and flowery hops in the nose. Fruity, with strong notes of grapefruit and passion fruit. Light notes of pumpkin cake in the end
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Notes of toffee, caramel malts, grapefruit, orange zest. Light notes of pumpkin cake. BTW, the pumpkin was perfectly inserted to the beer. Adorable combination of a powerful (and very malty) DIPA and a fruity pumpkin ale (but removing all the spiciness involved). Powerful 93 IBUs can be felt but are also smoothed by the caramel malts and pumpkin backbone. Hops are mainly citric and fruity, giving it notes of passion fruit and grapefruit
M: Heavy full bodied. Molasses. Medium carbonation. Caramel and tropical fruits in the aftertaste
O: Great drinkability. Another amazing beer brewed by Wäls (from Belo Horizonte - MG)
