Amber golden color with a fluffy head with short retention.
Aroma with notes of caramels, mint and blackcurrant. Mild for dry-hopped.
Flavor with notes of Belgian yeast, herbal and floral hops, oranges, mild earthiness, black currant and biscuit malt. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Fruity and yeasty, it felt to me like a Belgian Pale Ale mixed with a hint of English and American Pale Ales. This is definitely not an APA, even with the faint Columbus dry-hop. I agree with the brewer this is mostly a Belgian Pale Ale.
