Hazy darker than usual amber orange color with a thick beige head with great retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with notes of pine, orange marmalade, lots of caramels and molasses, and cantaloupe melon.
Flavor with notes of caramel and toasted malts, lots of dank pine, grapefruit and orange citrusy, hay, resin, lychees, guaraná, flowers and pineapple. Some notes are clear predominant over others. Dry and bitter aftertaste. It is bold, but feels lower than 93 IBUs.
Medium to full body with low carbonation, a bit stale. Alcohol of 9% is harmonic.
Good DIPA, within style, though I think carbonation and drinkability could be improved. It has a persistent sweetness with hops trying to counter it.

I know that Wäls can do that Belgian thing well, but can they pull off a popular American style with success? On-tap at Stadt Jever, on to the beer:

The beer is orange with visible yellow hues. Good head retention sticks around on top. That aroma gets me in the mood for some hops. Pleasing pine at first, resiny, some bitter citrus too. The flavor has no regrets presenting itself with assertive hops. The hop flavor is strong, presenting floral, tropical, and pineapple flavors. Its 9% alcohol is hidden well, and the beer is medium-full bodied with a gentle buzz of carbonation. Given the whole picture of the beer, I'd say that Niobium is a success.

Liked more aroma than flavor, but as I've read here, we have to evaluate the beer inside her proposal and not according to our personal taste and as I do not understand about, I can not mess up the note of the same, so accompany average. Must have some medicinal effect, because it has a strong taste of coot kkkkk!
