Amber color with a thin head with medium retention.
Aroma with notes of caramel, pine and corn syrup. Maybe a hint of passion fruit.
Hoppy flavor with notes of pine, citrusy hops, maybe cardboard, resin, lemon drops, grapefruit and caramel. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
I liked. Not sure how much corn adjunct was added to the recipe, though I could tell it is sure present; regardless of the high hop addition. In my opinion the 70 IBU came to the rescue. It helped to hide the cardboard. Ok, point taken, but I still believe this would improve being pure malt. I don’t get it why they don't have such beer (American IPA) in their line up.
