Golden color with apparent carbonation and a thin head that vanishes quickly.
Milda aroma with predominant notes of doughy yeast, orange citrusy, white grapes and honey.
Flavor with notes of white pepper, dough, oranges, white grapes, ginger, lemon and green apple tartness and honey. Dry aftertaste with a mild tartness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation. It does not feel overdone as in a Champagne. Impressive that this is 8% abv.
Decent Bière Brut. Not very impressed though; limited complexity. It balances sweetness trough spices and tartness.
