Delta has done a great job in producing a South African classic...Castle. Tried the Delta Castle Lager whilst in Vic Falls. This beer was a nice option amongst their other offerings. The beer poured a golden clear with thin white head that left some lace. The smell had some grass like hops, malt and hints of biscuit. The taste was solid and it was a very well balanced beer. The mouthfeel was light to medium in body with good carbonation. Overall, it very easy drinking and could session without hesitation.
