On vacation in Colombia and trying some new beers. Poured from a brown 11.2 oz. bottle. Has a black color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of chocolate, coffee. Taste is roasted malts, coffee, hints of chocolate. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.

Black color with a thick beige head with medium retention and leaving some laces.
Nice aroma with notes of roasted coffee beans, cocoa and roasted coconut.
Flavor with predominant notes of home-made coffee, earthy hops and cocoa. Hints of caramel and wood. Dry aftertaste with a lasting coffee note.
Medium body with good carbonation.
Decent Sweet Stout with predominant mocha notes and fortunately not much sweet.

Picked up at Carulla in Medellin lets give it a whirl. Popping the top I get a whiff of toasted malts pours to a motor oil opaque black with a one finger tan head that recedes quickly. On the taste this brew is almost like a milk stout with a toasted malt start then sweeter and with a nice chaulky hop bite in the middle then a more bitter finish and aftertaste. Carbonation is spot on. A very fresh and tasty stout. I will drink often.
