Draught beer (25cl.), tasted in 2009 in "Torr e benn" bar Nantes.
Appearance : black color, with a tan creamy head (good persistent).
Smell : malty and roasted aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : roasted barley and coffee flavours.
Drinkabiity : a good beer in the English Stout style.

Dark colour, almost black, with a creamy and compact head, persistent. In the style.
The smell is quite delicate, with notes of vanilla and cappuccino. It can seems somewhat a milk stout.
In the taste it is again soft and creamy, with some more "hit" of coffee and toasted. Pleasant hints of chocolate.
The aftertaste is cappuccino and chocolate. Medium-low body.
Overall, a light and soft stout.
