The label I had was different from the one shown here, way more modern. I had the organic blond pale ale. The ABV is 5% (as the information is missing). It is a golden yellow pale ale. It has a malted nose. A note of citrus, floral favour and a slight bitterness. I really enjoyed this pale ale, perfect when you are thirsty.

Non-tasting notes: This is a blonde ale, with the label ABV at 4.5 and the website ABV at 4.2. The current labels are dual language French/Breton, and read "Blonde Melen". Don't be fooled into expecting a fruit beer.
A - Poured from 25cl bottle into oversized wine glass
One finger white head with small bubbles dissipates quickly,
some lacing. Golden/straw color, lightly cloudy.
S - light maltiness, reminiscent of MGD.
T - Fairly bland, light bitterness. Some fruity esters.
M - light body, feel buzzy carbonation in top and back of mouth. clean, watery finish
D - easy drinking, but not too interesting. A decent blonde ale, might be lovely by the seaside in the summer.

Beer bottle (33cl), tasted in 2000.
Appearance : pale gold color, with white foam head.
Smell : Slightly spicy nose with notes of citrus.
Taste and mouthfeel : palate is quite astringent with a bit of malty sweetness.
Drinkability : an average beer in the style English ale.

Let me start by saying this is not an Euro pale lager, it is more a belgian pale ale.
Appearance is a murky orange, yellow beer with a minimal head.
Smell is slightly acidic and has a nice malty smell that is slightly husky and straw-like.
Taste is light tart with a clean yeast profile, nothing fruity or anything. There is some honey, but this is probably from the malt. The beer finishes very dry and tart and has little aftertaste.

This beers pours a nice golden color with little head. I couldn't smell anything special.Like other Coreff beers, it is non filtered.
The taste is dry and slightly bitter. It had nothing exceptional, maybe some chestnut flavor. The beer was highly carbonated and very refreshing. It was easily drinkable, and I wouldn't mind having another one, although it is not one of my favorite beer.
