A generous pour resulted in a monster 3 finger head with really good retention. The head is frothy, creamy, and foamy white with some lacing on the glass. The beer is pale yellow and very hazy. The appearance is a standout and beautiful.
The beer is rich in citrus, with some notes of floral, and some resin. The beer has a grainy smell, with some yeast and light toasted malts.
The beer light malty notes are noticeable first, there is an odd flavor that is phenolic/banana kinda weird, with citrus, floral, and light, pine note.
The mouthfeel is creamy, carbonated, and light body.
Overall: To be frank this is a terrible IPA, now that said, I think that this beer aligns more with a Pale Ale/ Wit beer. It has the flavors similar to it. It does not taste bad, it is light and refreshing, but it is no where near an IPA Standard.

Summer 2015 Limited Release.
Pours a murky light orange-brown with a foamy tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Thick swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Tiny particles of sediment are seen suspended in the beer after the pour. Smell is of citrus fruit, citrus zest, earth, spice, and Belgian yeast aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, grapefruit juice, black tea, earth, spice, and Belgian yeast flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop and spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a nice mix of styles that lean more towards the hoppy side of things.
Serving type: bottle.
