Dark but not too heavy, roasty but not harsh, sweet but not cloying, full-flavored yet sessionable. We started with our very own take on an American porter base, then added locally roasted espresso beans and vanilla at finishing. The end product is a complex blend of fresh roasted coffee flavors and aromas, combined with subtle notes of bakers chocolate, toffee, and rich, woody vanilla bean to balance the roast character.
