Thick, large bubble start to the head. It settles into a fine and lumpy, permanent head. Some streaky lace. The liquid is neutral gold with a mild haze.
Clean, semi-malted pale grain aroma initially. Mild yeast smell.
Highly carbonated. The flavor is smooth, dominated with the pale malt flavors. There's a touch of sourness. No notable hop flavor, but it isn't sweet or unbalanced. Again, very clean and easy to drink. Deceptive on the alcohol level--I didn't notice it at all.

33cl bottle: Picked this up at the brewery. This one poured a hazy, golden amber color. Mine didn't have much of a head, but did have a bit of a fizz going on. The aroma is a bit mild for a triple, but good. A bit of yeast, bread, pineapple, wheat and some faint spices. The taste is interesting. The body is a bit lighter than most triples. I get some wheat, bread, pineapple, spices and some citrus. Some dryness to the finish. Interesting.
