This is a very refreshing beer. I thought I'd try it with lunch the other day, and it was an excellent choice. It went well with the buffalo chicken sandwhich.
It has a very nice color to it, a true blonde. The head was nice and had good lacing. I very much like the aroma, having a nice malty scent along with hints of fruit. The taste matches up great with the aroma, having an excellent balance of malt and hops, not even being close to bitter. It's very smooth and is an excellent dog-days-of-summer drink.
In fact, I'm sure I'll be in there tonight having another.

I hate to say this, but it was served to be in a clear plastic cup!
The server said they were out of pit glasses! Big strike!
Anyways...
The beer was a very cloudy gold, with a decent head and lacing.
Smell was of mild, fruit, banannas and I thought I smelled some pears. Malt was not readily noticed.
Mouthfeel was a bit thin, but taste was pretty good. Good balance between yeast/hops/malt.
Very drinkable beer.

Appearance: Golden with a slight amber tone forms nice sized head leaves decent lacing not bad at all. Aroma: Candi sugar is evident some subtle spicing and banana, clove tones are there as well soft bready biscuit malt tones not bad. Taste: Nice shot at a simple refreshing Belgian style blonde ale, taste is a bit mellow but overall it's tasty and no off flavors are there simple well crafted brew uses an authentic yeast strain with added candi sugar creating some phenolic characteristics nice. Mouthfeel: Light bodied refreshing not bad stuff at all, smooth carbonation. Drinkability: I could definitely drinke a few of these not the most complex but nice crisp flavor brings me back in session.
