On tap at the brewpub on 2/3/10. I think this is called Strick's IPA now.
A-Pours a slightly hazy apricot with a foamy white head and some good lacing.
S-Medium pine and moderate citrus hoppiness.
T-Starts slightly sweet, then turns moderately bitter with earthy and pine hops and a strong bitter citrus finish.
M-Medium bodied and a bit oily.
D-Very nice. I'd be happy to have this as a regular option.

A clear golden amber colored brew with a decent off-white head and good lacing. The aroma is a pleasant piney hops and subtle maple biscuit. The flavor brings more citrus hops and bready malt. It's pretty sharp, bright and tart biscuit. A fair session ipa I would say, touches of toffee but the hops is pretty much the main theme as one might hope. A little thin, nothing outstanding but very serviceable and worth a try.
