This beer has rapidly become my fall-season staple (damn limited release!). Cortland Autumn is so drinkable, so desirable that I crave drinking it. The blend of coriander, malt, hops, and some other spices really make it worthy of my attention. The body is brown with a small wispy head (or at least that is how it is served to me out of the tap). The nose invites a sip, and you’ll be glad you did. The flavors and mouthfeel don’t overwhelm which makes this a great session beer. There are only two kegs of this beer available in all of Omaha, at the Crescent Moon, and once that is gone, no more until next year! I hope I can finish the kegs myself.

Edit: Sampled again in Oct. 04, there was no change to the scores aside from rasing the mouthfeel number from 3 to 3.5. Oh, I also lowered the drinkability score from 4.5 to 4.

I didn't take notes on this year's release, so there is no update on the wording... yet.
