This beer has rapidly become my fall-season staple (damn limited release!). Cortland Autumn is so drinkable, so desirable that I crave drinking it. The blend of coriander, malt, hops, and some other spices really make it worthy of my attention. The body is brown with a small wispy head (or at least that is how it is served to me out of the tap). The nose invites a sip, and youll be glad you did. The flavors and mouthfeel dont overwhelm which makes this a great session beer. There are only two kegs of this beer available in all of Omaha, at the Crescent Moon, and once that is gone, no more until next year! I hope I can finish the kegs myself.
Edit: Sampled again in Oct. 04, there was no change to the scores aside from rasing the mouthfeel number from 3 to 3.5. Oh, I also lowered the drinkability score from 4.5 to 4.
I didn't take notes on this year's release, so there is no update on the wording... yet.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
