750ml served in a Duvel tulip glass.
A: Pours a dark orange color forming a medium thin bubbled white head. Lots of spotty lacings left in the glass
S: Very fruity in the nose. Good surprise the Nelson Sauvin hops used. Citrus, notes of passion fruit and very flowery. Candy sugar and caramel malts
T: Authentic American IPA with a nice touch of the new Italian generation breweries. Strong notes of caramel and candy sugar in upfront. Slightly sweet. Delicious malt character. Hops bitterness is quite intense from the beginning till the end. Pleasant, a bit piny and quite fruity, bringing notes of grapefruit and passion fruit
M: Medium body. Good carbonation. Fruity and flowery hoppy aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Good Italian surprise
