Beer bottle (33 cL.), tasted in 2011.
Appearance : amber color, with a white foamy head.
Smell : malty and fruity aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : fruity and caramel flavours with gently biscuit notes.
Drinkability : a good beer, near the Belgian dark ale style.

Pours a foggy amber hued brown with a decent crème head. Nose is very minimal touches of coffee at first, it seems. Then shortly after that I get a mildish fruit tone. Flavor is nice and earthy with sweet mature fruit tones mixed in on the same level. Good level of complexities. I think I get some toffee in there as well. Feel is smooth on liquid and the carbonation is a bit full in the mouth. Easy to drink (again for this brewery). Hearty enough and complex enough to make it a bit more interesting. A nice enough beer.
