Beer bottle (33 cl.), tasted in 2011.

Appearance : clear yellow color, with white foamy head (sparkling and some lacing).
Smell : fruity and wheat aromas (roses ?).
Taste and mouthfeel : sweet and very good fruity flavors.
Drinkability : a nice beer in the style Belgain Witbier.

Pours a clouded yellow with a thicker white head. Nose was like wet dog at first, which is funny to be saying. That quickly goes away and what comes is mild lemon citrus. Flavor is citrus as well. Very minor floral tones. I wonder if that is the "Rose" part? Feel is smooth on liquid and the carbonation bites a bit, but it doesn't hit the mouth in full force. It's subdued in it's consistent. Another easy to drink ale from this brewery.
