Beer bottle (33 cl.), tasted in 2010.

Appearance : clear yellow color, with white foamy head (sparkling and some lacing).
Smell : fruity and spicy aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : sweet and very good fruity flavors.
Drinkability : a nice beer in the style Belgain Ale.

Pours a foggy amber with a crème head. Nose is sweet with citrus. I feel like it's something I would know better if France were my homeland, or perhaps my experience ran a bit deeper. It's sweet fruits, and perhaps a bit of honeysuckle. Interesting. Flavor is nutty. There are sweet tones as well. Flavor is a bit robust and earthy. The nutty tone sticks around though and moves to the back. Apple flavors are there as well and consistently so. Feel is smooth on liquid and the carbonation is slightly subdued, but also slightly nipping at my mouth. Overall this is a pretty interesting beer.
