Murky golden to brown color, thick foamy fluffy tan head. Immediate hop hit in the nose. Full extra thick hoppy taste, lots of cascades noticable. More like an IPA on steroids, very thick. Nice malty undertones, very full rich beer. Lots of lasting foamy hop bubbles to the end.Made in the style of a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. For a small place, with the beer made on site, it's pretty good. Only downside is they serve it a frosty mug, however, it was about 100 degrees that day.
