slight banana and clove in the flavor and the aroma, a touch of bread, sweet but finishes dry, a touch of caramel in the flavor, cloudy yellow, medium to medium light body, medium to medium high carbonation, unfiltered, inoffensive, a little on the light side and low in character, but drinkable.

A really decent Weiss. Solid German styling to this one. Mouth feel smooth, pours a little thin, but the taste is really good for the style
