West coast style IPA brewed with large portions of Chinook and Willamette hops. The large amount of hops produce floral notes of pine and citrus along with notable bitterness, balanced with some sweet caramel malt, our hoppiest house beer.

Poured from the tap into a snifter. Pours orange red with a small white head. Smells of citrus hops with some tropical fruit notes. Tastes of sweet grain with citrus. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.

On tap at the Oak Creek location
L: copper colored body; foamy ivory head leaves some lacing as it fades
S: pine, citrus, caramelized grain
T: pungently bitter; pine resin, grapefruit pith & zest, bread crust, caramel malt, slight herbal hop
F: fuller body, moderate carbonation, finish is dry with lingering bitterness
O: I liked its bitterness, but flavors didn’t quite meld for me

9/17/18 (Milwaukee): $6.37 .4L snifter draft pour at Water Street Brewery. Darker tan pour, mild carbonation, thin white bubbly head. Soft pine citrus hops aroma. Strong bitter hops taste, pine light, OK. Beer has good mouth feel presence, firm bitter, dry after taste. OK IPA offering.

Drank this on tap. Nice English style IPA and represents the style well. Good appearance and tastes good. Not as bitter as most American IPA's. I would recommend it!

On-tap:
Pours amber with a thin head. Some trailing lace sticks.
The smell is of caramel with a subtle earthy tone. Doesn't smell like an IPA - more of an English Pale Ale.
The taste is the same - sweet caramel with a hint of earthy (pine?)... Not much to it. Not "bad", but not an IPA...and even out of style nothing particularly special.
It is smooth - light-to-medium bodied.
A mediocre attempt at an English IPA. Not much of a hop presence. A rather bland brew, though it is smooth and drinkable and inoffensive.
