This one came a golden amber color with no head. The nose was nicely balanced between caramel sweetness and a mellow grainey tone with a slight hop background. The flavor was spot on the nose. Caramel coated grain with a saaz hop finish. Nice. The feel was just shy of moderate thickness with a good carbonation on it to carry the beer. Overall, this was a very well balanced beer that went down smooth, and could easily be a session lager.
