8 oz tap pour into an American Tumbler at the Water Street Brewery in Milwaukee.
A - Clear brown amber with a two finger tan head with mild retention and no lace left over.
S - The noes is ripe with toasty malts with a biscuity aspect and a light honey sweetness. Dry and semi-inviting. No hops.
T - Toasty brown malts with a biscuity flavor and a dry finish. No hop flavor. What a mediocre brown ale.
M - A bit thin and light-bodied with a dry, almost diactyl finish to it.
D - Meh. Another subpar brew from Water Street. Not BAD but hints at something wrong are there albeit small.
