On tap at Yak and Yeti Arvada poured a clear reddish brown with a lingering ring of tan foam. Aromas of ginger, toffee and light carmel. Mouthfeel was medium bodied and smooth with light carbonation. Flavors of ginger, toffee and light carmel with a smooth lingering toffee finish. Interesting take on a ginger beer.
