This is a good EDMA from the Yak/Yeti peeps.
Pours a dark chestnut color. Head is small and fades quickly. Per style for the most part.
Aroma maintains a soft nuttiness and mild toffee. Some hints of spice and grassiness in the back.
Flavor is mild...go figure. But it has a predominant nut character and long, warm toasted biscuit. Served a bit too cold, and I would love to have this on cask. A pinch of hops on the end really adds a nice spice and bite...although "bite" may be too strong of a word.
Easy drinking. I like this session beer
