Tawny copper color, ample foam and lacing, bright clarity.
Aroma is woodsy with a wisp of woodsmoke from the peppercorns smoked over barrel staves.
Taste is smooth and autumnal with notes of light campfire and crackling leaves.
More savory than spicy, though the peppercorns lend a mellow bite.
The guajillo peppers seemingly give off little if any heat, adding another mellow layer of sweet smokiness.
Body is light and smooth, with ample carbonation. Easy drinking and unique.
