Our Dopplebock with Tart Cherries then aged in Kentucky Bourbon barrels. Notes of vanilla, whiskey, and dark stone fruit. Extremely limited.

Had on tap. Opaque brown body with a tan ring. Aromas of cherry, toasted caramel malt, dry earth, bourbon, vanilla and raisin. Taste is malt forward the whole sip, soggy earth and dark fruit are strong too, bourbon and vanilla finish with a rounding effect. A bit odd in the middle before this happens but I dig it. Feel is warm, malty, chewy, yet thinner and dry for style
