Poured into a pint glass at the brewhouse. One finger head with some lacing. The body of the beer is amber colored. The first sip has some malty sweetness with a bit of hops on the finish. The mouthfeel was a little thin, but otherwise enjoyable.

Described as an 80/- ale with assertive hopping. That's a fair assessment, but I would prefer a more traditional balance toward the malt. Still a decent beer with appropriate mouthfeel and low carbonation, which is where many US brewers miss the mark. Terminal got them right.

Draught @ Brewpub: this one poured a fairly clear amber color. Some off white head and lacing. Decent nose. Caramel malts, slight toast and earthy notes. The taste is good. Malty, some peat and earthiness. Not bad!
