A monk’s faithfulness could only be equaled by his intelligence and brewing prowess. The smartest of these craftsmen were often paid with the most valuable of items on the earth- no not oil- beer, the real liquid gold. Our homage to this greatest of currency is a deep golden colored easy drinking pale with noticeable spice and fruity esters. We will trade you your nearly worthless dirty old money for one of these yeast produced gems. Piety not included.

Draught @ Brewpub: This one pours a hazy golden color. There was some white head on it. The nose is good. Some banana, spices and citrus. The taste is good. Banana, spices and citrus.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
