I’m caught in-between reality and a dream. But being earnest, I’m in Cassel, France. Falling through a cloud and I don’t want to be caught. Swimming up stream like a Coho as if a fisherman’s hook doesn’t exist. I’m here. Holy hell, I am here.

All right belgian style IPA. The hops are present and brings a herbal character to the beer as well as some citrusy notes. The yeast and malt character are present too and brings somekind of balance

A nice flowery smell welcomes you right after opening the bottle.
Pours a pale yellow colour with good carbonation.
The taste has some grapefruit hints and it is a more bitter than the one of a standard IPA.
Reasonably enjoyable overall.

Copper color, quite cloudy. Foam color dirty white, fine-bubble, very high and long-lasting.
Aroma: fresh fruit, tropical and citrus fruit, very refreshing aroma, delicately herbal resin.
Taste: fruit again, again tangerines and grapefruit for a moment. The multitude and intensity of fruit, grows over time, gradually comes resin, not intrusive, delicate.
Gentian: dry, grapefruit, saturation average, adequate.

330ml bottle picked up in Cassel, Northern France last summer. Pours a hazy golden colour with a white head. Aromas of citrus, herbs and summer fruits. Tastes of citrus, mango, lemon, herbs & grass leading to a medium bitterness finish. Overall a very well done IPA
