very pale yellow with a gigantic lasting head supported by plenty of carbonation
Nice Belgium yeast profile of coriander and phenols, yellow fruits, pale malts
only little malt sweetness, more dry and spice; restrained
rather thin body, lots of carbonation that makes it foamy and not biting
Great refreshing Blonde with Belgian profile but definitely on the dry side like fermented with a Saison yeast. Maybe a bit too thin and restrained in taste, but this makes it a great drinker and refreshing. This one has definitely its place in the beer world.
