A-Looks like a hard cider...very slight haze, yellow gold, carbonation visible throughout. 1/2-finger white head that is short-lived.
S-Strong wheat profile, bits of spice, coriander, vegetables, faint hops, potatoes.
T-Wheat backbone with faint malt, herbal and vegetable finish. Faint lemon w/bready yeast in aftertaste.
M-Very light-bodied, well-carbonated, decent balance.
D-Easy-drinking decent little blanche. Very light and simple, fair price, refreshing.

Beer bottle (75 cl.), tasted in 2006.
Appearance : yellow color, with white foamy head.
Smell : yeasty aromas, flavored with herbs and spices.
Taste and mouthfeel : citrus and spicy notes, light sour yeasty flavor.
Drinkability : a good beer in the style Belgian witbier (bottle-fermented with honey).
