This Pils is a standard bright gold with an impressive billowy white two-finger head.
Light breadiness and light fruits combine with the aroma of citric hops.
Piny noble hops dominate throughout, allowing crackery malt and green apple to peak in. The aftertaste is minimal, leaving only a light huskiness that fades quickly. Carbonation is a standard medium to high, contributing to a familiar Pils bite.
This tastes especially fresh though, really showing the depth of the hops profile without being terribly out of balance. I would gladly drink this beer more often, as real German Pilsners are hard to come by in Italy.

Honeyed color, no bubbles. White and solid foam.
A good hop smell, quite dry, green-fresh.
Good balance, despite the strong, pleasant hop.
Smooth inthe mouth, a wonderful drinkability.
In the aftertaste a quite long bitterness, hay, then grassy, and a hint of sweetness in the end, for the balance.
Pleasant and very drinkable.
