A ruby red, brown beer with a settling head.
Smell of caramel and candisugar. A fruity yeast smell.
Taste is sweet and syrupy. The caramel taste is quite intense and adds a malty taste. The beer is spicy from both the yeast and spices. The spices are probably coriander. The yeast adds a fruitiness which resembles mostly dark red, ripe fruit, maybe raspberries. Mouthfeel is sticky and the high residual sweetness masks the alcohol very good.
