On tap @ Brouwer's in Seattle. Dark ruby sour with a pronounced cherry and dark fruit nose - lovely to behold. Nice acetic character swirled in with sweetness, like a darker, slightly sweeter La Folie. Finishes appropriately dry and tart and still a tiny bit sweet. It's yet another utterly quaffable, delicious sour from New Belgium.
