On tap at Das Biergarten. Served in a pint glass. Hazy orange body. Small white head settles to a medium collar. Smells mostly of wheat. No fruit in the nose. Tastes mostly of wheat up front also. Strong mineral flavor. Sourness doesn’t build until the back end as the other flavors drop off, but it lingers in the finish. I get light pineapple in the back end, but not a ton. Also missing the cereal grain flavor I enjoy in Wakefield’s Stush. Light body and very drinkable. Just expected a lot more from this.
