Draught. Cloudy yellow color. Floral, somewhat resiny hop smell, with hints of honey, vanilla, biscuit, chamomile and various fruits. Very sweet on the palate, grainy in its malt composition, and quite hoppy, but in a strange, resiny way, not what I would expect from the hop Hallertauer. Notes of chamomile and fat free vanilla ice cream dominate the palate. A strange beer.

on tap at Father's Office, Santa Monica - listed as Single Speed "Limited"
The very informed bartender gave me some background info as she poured me a goblet full of this nectar. Made with a single hop, a single malt and chamomile - I was intrigued. The straw, pale color was hazy with slight sediment floating about it. The aroma was wonderful - citrus fruits, honey and you could even detect the chamomile. It was a full Belgian Pale with the floral and citrus tastes in the background with a tart finish. It has slight carbonation with some creaminess in the mouth. Shame this is available so limitedly, it was a interesting beer that I could see myself enjoying frequently.
