Bubbly, dry, crisp, and refreshing, Brut IPA is inspired by our favorite sparkling wines. With hints of tropical fruits and champagne, this effervescent brew is the perfect cheers to the New Year.

Appearance: Cloudy golden, with a big white head of fizzy suds. Nice lace, too.
Aroma: Dry, juicy hops. Nice.
Taste: Dry and nicely hoppy, with bitter citrus and pine notes. Tasty and worth repeating.

Wasn't familiar with this style of beer and this was the 1st one I tried. Really enjoyed it. That was a few years back when it came out.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a Speiglau IPA glass.
Look is a hazy golden yellow with a thick off-white head.
Aroma is strong Belgium yeast, like a Duval.
Taste is like a hoppy Belgian golden ale. Very dry and crisp.

Brut IPA pours a hazy golden color, with a small, but long lasting and lacing head. Bitter and dry aroma. Flavor is very dry, lots of hop flavors, a bit more on the bitter side. Good body and feel. Overall, a true brut IPA, dry and bitter.

It has a golden appearance; similar to that of champagne. It has a wheat aroma absent of any over powerimg stench. It has a dry and slightly crisp taste. Absent of aftertaste and has a smooth finish.
The New Belgium Brut IPA is a solid selection. I prefer the Brut style over the traditional IPA and would recommend this to someone who likes IPAs that don't overwhelm the tastebuds.

Brut IPA | New Belgium Brewing. Poured from the bottle into a glass, this sports a three finger thick head, with webbed lacing, and medium gold body.
Smells like earthy grains and cattier hops.
I taste hops almost overpowered my malts. Clean and refreshing nonetheless. Not bad, but I just don't know how I feel about it...
Medium-light mouthfeel with mild carbonation
Brut IPA | New Belgium Brewing gets an overall 4 out of me.
