Collaboration with Blackberry Farm Brewery
After first meeting 15 years ago, our Blender, Lauren Woods Limbach, and Blackberry Farm’s Brewmaster, Travis Hixon, thought it was high time to collaborate and celebrate while at the 2018 World Beer Cup in Nashville, TN. Using 100% Troubadour Maltings grain in the base farmhouse ale, they then blended in both dark and golden foeder-aged sours, complemented by a secondary fermentation with Bretta. Enjoy with friends.
