Mostly opaque dark brown with a tan collar. Oak, sherry, plum, toffee, raisin, date, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar make up the nose. Taste is much more sour and vinegar driven, while I like vanilla I feel like it is masking some of the fruits potential, sherry kicks in powerfully near the end. Feel is smooth and thin, then tart and sharp with the vinegar and sherry, finishing boozy yet cool. Actually liked the original better
