The look of the beer is world class. Semi hazy. But the rating goes down from there. Dry hops all over the palate. Dank to the extreme but seems to smooth out quickly through the mouthfeel. Maybe too quickly. Tends to flatten because of that. But decent beer.

this is brewed for yard house i think, at least i have not seen in anywhere else, they should really own the story more, an agave ipa, pretty cool actually, and new belgium should own it too, corporate restaurant be damned, its good and its clever! hazy and heady, with a golden richness approaching brassy, tarnished but still some shine, nice lace as it sips. smells like its been in the line just a minute, but i get past that quickly, the hops are citrus forward with lime coming out the most, maybe galaxy in the mix here? not sure, but its pleasant even if freshness is off a tad. the agave is cool too, lush and a little spicy, and maybe there is just a little more malt in here than i need, like id prefer more of both the agave and the hops, and i dont need this as conventionally balanced as it is, which is also true in the flavor, where the hops kind and grain both kind of power past the agave, which is still appreciable but more as a raw sort of vegetal thing than it is like tequila, which is fine. the hops have some solid bitterness, the body is smooth and soft, and it warms up pretty well. if this was fresher it would be even better, but everyone seems to be hiding from this for some reason and its cool beer, no shame in making something for yard house is there?
