Xperimental IPA has a thick, off-white head and a clear, gold appearance, with moderate lacing. The aroma is of white bread crust and mild, hop resins. It has a similar flavor, with fairly low bitterness. Voodoo Ranger Xperimental IPA has a medium body and a dry finish.

26-Nov-2023 10X on bottom of the 12oz. can so I'm assuming this is Experimental 10.
It pours extra pale yellow in color sup[porting a pretty head of white foam. Lots of clingy lace and good retention.
Aroma is nice - lemon sugar cookie with hints of toasted grain and apple. Subtle but interesting, inviting and somewhat complex. No one note citrus juice bs here.
The flavor is a balanced mix of sweet malt with notes of honey along with firm but mellow hop bitterness and bright hop flavors of lemongrass and clover.
The body is on the light side of medium giving it loads of drink-ability and a long, hoppy, grassy, mildly bitter finish.
Really quite good from a brewery that has never impressed me before.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, pale golden color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of citrus, grapefruit and toasted bread. Sweet citrusy taste with toasted caramel and a sharp, piney bitterness.
