12 oz tap-pour into a New Belgium globe glass at Von Trier after the Ray's New Belgium event featuring Eric Salazar.
Globe after globe were shared with the man himself!
A - Hazy orange amber in color with a dense and well-retained head. Great lace left on the globe!
S - Tart peach sourness and lactic acid with a smooth wood aroma and mild bourbon nose.
T - Deliciously tart peaches and smooth bourbon notes with awesome wood nuances! Fantastic caramel malt backbone.
M - Brilliant tart sourness with a strong lactic acid finish. Medium-bodied and well-carbonated.
O - Incredible. Just incredible. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a few cases of this if it were released.

Well there were two kegs of this available in the world. Luckily Milwaukee was one of the cities picked to showcase this gem. Was able to drink glass after glass of this with Eric Salazar himself for Milwaukee Beer Week.
A: Amber orange hue with about a fingers worth of off white head. Sticky lace clung to the glass.
S: Fresh peaches showcasing the sweet and sour balance of this beer are the main component. The barrel aging adds a soft wet wood and bourbon layer to give this already great beer another level. Mild funk urges me to take a sip.
T: OMG! The initial sweetness of the fresh peaches lulls you into a deep coma. Little do you know the sour punch is coming like a right cross from Mike Tyson in his prime. The eye watering cheek stinging sour is slowly mellowed by rich layers of bourbon and wet barrel wood. This adds a complexity that is simply mind blowing.
M: Medium body with a good dose of carbonation. The bourbon seems to smooth this one into a creamy finish.
O: For the love god this beer is amazing. I feel like I won the lottery by having the chance to sample it. An absolutely fantastic beer that was taken to a whole new level with the barrel aging. This will go down as a tick to end all ticks for me. I would sell my soul to drink this again.
