Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance- The beer is served a clear golden color with a small head of white foam. The head fades fast leaving a light level lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell- The aroma is strong of a grainy and caramel smell, mixed with notes of herbal hop and a bit of earth.
Taste-The taste begins with a grainy and caramel flavor mixed with a bit of herb and earth. As the taste advances, some of the sweet fades a tad as the grain advances. In the end, a bit of increase in the grain comes to fruition, leveling one with a easy natured taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body is medium in thickness with a moderate carbonation level.
Overall - A easy natured pils overall. An easy drinker.

I am trying this beer off the tapper at the Yard House in Rancho Mirage, California. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright sharp malt base with slight bitter grain and bittwring hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
