Pours a hazy, gold color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of Sichuan, slight floral, hint of hop, and slight chamomile. Fits the style of a Hefeweizen. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, slight pale malt, slight hop, sichuan, hint of earthy malt, and a hint of spice. Overall, the sichuan is more prevalent in the aroma and is a great addition. In the body, it is more subtle which allows for a great blend. Good appearance, aroma, body, and blend.
